Just received a recall on a front fender/caliper mount issue on my Bones. Probably been posted before, but thought I'd put it out there.

 

got the same recall today in the snail mail

on the other thread they said a (break acorn) was at issue. maybe it took a break every so often...

 

Ok, so I guess I should look out for this letter then.

I scanned the letter and tried to up load it but it was larger than the maximum file size allowed. That being said it was addressed to the origonal owner with an owner card to return if you sold or dont have your motorcycle anymore. But this doesnt sound like a big deal. Affected motorcycles manufactured may 22 2007 through march 26th 2009 for 2008 and 2009 FLSTSB and FXSTSSE2 and 3. Nothings happened in 3500 miles on my bike another week till the parts come in for the repair wont make a difference to me. I say ride it.
