Default lock stops

Managed to score a nice set of Pro-one triple trees that should be with me shortly...the quandry I have is what type of lock-stops to use,the internal ones recommended by the guys at Pro-one just seem to be a lower bearing cup with a tang that locates in a collar fixed on the bottom tree...all sounds good but I can't see what will stop the bearing cup from turning in the frame neck if some excessive force were applied,ie should the bike fall over(God forbid!)they(Pro-one) say fix it in with Red loctite but I'm a bit dubious/sceptical about that working.
The other alternative is to go with some kind of external stops but that kinda defeats the object of fitting such a clean set of trees..any thoughts/suggestions guys?
