Default Forward Control Extensions- Older Model

I am trying to find 3" forward control extensions for my bike, a 1998 FXSTC. It seems everywhere I look, all I can find is sets for 2000 or newer. What have others with older bikes done? I have tried Arlan Ness, Kury, ect but no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction?
