Truth is Lollipops are a thing of the past. I'd like to see a dyno sheet on Sash's new set up vs. the old. I highly doubt there is any difference.
The lollipops are something that was done years ago on 88" and smaller motors because of head flow deficits.
The 96" motor does not have these problems.
And if deeper sound is your goal, Man up and go big bore with some high lift cams. Cause everything esle is just posing.
guys, now please dont get this to be fact,I am not saying that this gonna make your bike run like heal,I tough that is some improvement at low rpm....
here is the link at the bottom there is a dyno runs seems like there is some good effects from this set up.... http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/exhaust.htm
Just got some BCT baffles on ebay for $30. Woohoo. Gonna slap those in my new 36" fishtails when they get here and get a dyno. We'll see how that does for me.

yea those baffles are nothing but lollipop, thy should performs the same....
I dunno how you get away with it in that Hood' of yours Sasha!! In my hood' open non-baffled pipes are taboo and cause for Law enforcement to come check you out!!
I ran open shortstops and prior to swapping them out was gonna try the same washer tricks.....
It would be cool if you could get a half hour of Dyno time to try some different sizes and see if you can move the TQ line of yours over to the left a smidgen if not even gain pound or three!
Been running lollipops made outta 1" washers in front of my mufflers for a long time now. My butt dyno told me that made a difference after I swapped to True Duals and felt a bottom end power dip.
