Take it from me and get the remap. By a PC, SERT, and the guys at Fuel Moto will ship it with a map ready to go. I had VH Straight Shot mufflers with the Stage 1 download. I didnt know how "off" it was until I got the PCV along with the Rinehart 2-1 (Thanks Chaz). It's seriously like an entireless new scoot. The factory download is not specific to your equipment. A mmap from Fuel Moto will get you about 95% there with a dyno tune after that rounding out the peak performance of your set-up.
