If you put 09 Heritage handlebars on a 09 Fatboy do you have to change all the cables? Brake...clutch...etc.

I am quite certain there are no cable changes necessary with that swap, but try a search just to be certain.

unless the '09 Heritage has the 1 1/4" handlebar setup like the Fat Boy, you'll have to change the risers also.
