Pads probably not covered but all else should be...

Yeah, I have warranty left, but it has a PM master cyl., which now doesn't work. I just figured that they would say that it is the cause of the dragging brake in the first place (it may well have been), and as those aren't HD parts, no dice. I guess it couldn't hurt to try, but I don't want to have to pay them to fix it.

08 rocker should be all under warranty and if the dealer sold it with aftermarket they should take care of it or replace it with the original one for free

I agree that since it was sold new that way, they SHOULD cover it. I am gonna take it to them and politely tell them the same. We shall see. Thanks for all the input. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Rear brakes are not necessary. Drain the reservoir, remove the line and caliper and go ride.
