Take some silicone spray to it. Usually will fix it right up. If it doesn't work then go to the connections.

Have you gone through any deep water. Happened to mine once. Took the horn off and dried it out. Back in business.

Thats the case with my 05 Deluxe. I just figured it was an age thing and I just needed to replace it. Now I am thinking that since the previous owner kept it outside that weather may have effed it up?

Spray wd 40 in it or let it dry out on it's own. I assume it got soaked recently. Also, check your ground for the horn, My ground came off and It sounded like an ant yelling for while until I figured it out. Motor mount bolt fell off and the ground was attached to it.

For the last two years I have cleaned my connectors, sprayed silicon in it, and checked and double checked everything. I could get it to work again for a few months.
A couple of months ago I had a car merge into my lane, I hooked the horn and blah. I went to advanced auto, purchased the low tone replacement horn. 16 dollars and a direct replacement that works perfect.

My stocker sounded like a ducks last quack prior to tasting the Butchers steel blade.

Since I'm an obnoxious azzhole I went whole hog.

Airhorns. Metal arts. Loud? Very.
