YIELD Means YIELD
Saturday I was cruisin down the expressway in my corvette behind a pack of about 40 harleys with a three wheeler ( guy and his girl ) riding up the rear when they were approaching an on ramp. As the three wheeler was approaching the entrance point of the ramp , some dumbazz white collar in a new black BMW rammed his way onto the expressway at about 50 mph, not hitting the three wheeler but missing him by inches and forcing him over into the passing lane before the biker even had a chance to see if anyone was in the passing lane. Then the dumbazz Beamer tailgated the last bike not letting the trike get back into formation. They should call them death ramps, because nobody yields or even looks for that matter, they just charge full speed ahead. If your one of them, hope i'm not coming down the expressway in my cages , because I have the right of way, and I'm not movin over.

You should have called 911 with his plate number and told them his location, where he was headed and that he was driving erratically and was probably drunk. I have done this a couple of times and I have no remorse about doing it.
Even if he gets no ticket, the inconvenience to him and the traffic stop shortly after the incident may make him stop and think next time.
