Default Winter Project

So I'm buying a 2003 deuce, its pretty nicely put together, has not been started in almost 3 years. Anything I should look out for? If i check all the fluids and top them up, anything i should be concerned about if i start it up?

As well, i really wanted a super cool custom bobber, but i want to do it myself, the deal on the Deuce is super sweet....so i want to figure out how to do a Bobber Deuce that looks super cool.

I plan on taking the front fender off, powder coating the lower forks and triple trees, change the exhaust for i thinki it is called wetdreamz, muffler wrap, powder coat rims black stainless spokes, not sure on the balance yet.

Looking for some other ideas if any of you have cool Deuce kind of bobber style.

thanks guys
Ted

I would not just top them off. I'd do a complete service before starting her up.

The uniqueness of a bobber is the simplicity of it...the less is more approach for a bobber... I have a paucho frame in the garage just need a cheap sporster oh and money...

and yest what OCT change out the fluids, condesation builds up
