I dont care for the paint or the styling of the new CVO convert but I will concur with the OP....That is hands down the most comfortable bike I have ever sat on in any showroom anywhere.

Are CVO parts available for non CVO Owners?
Harley's site describes it as
Custom seat
An ultra-low seat height (24.4") and a sleek, narrow profile, this seat provides a "slammed" riding posture.

you should be able to go to the web site and use the custom tool and then you can see what seats are offered and the part numbers
