Ok...here's the deal...time to reach out to the board for knowledge!
I do not like the bags that came with my 2004 Heritage Softail...and they haven't grown on my in 5 years! All the studs and what not just aren't my cup of tea.
However, I really like the Springer Classic bags...not the bags with a million tassels...but the more smooth weave style bags...and was wondering if they will fit on a Heritage.
I believe they will fit but if you have the detachable (or hard mount) standard side plates for a sissy bar they will not work. They are not relieved for the area the mounting HW of the springer bags. I believe the Springer had different side plates for the sissy bar.
After doing some more checking, the Springer bags are just too dang expensive for me.
