I'm not sure if that's what they are called ?

I'd like to know if anyone has seen a kit to put on a Spring seat on a EFI-FXST ??

Thanks....

JB the kit you showed from J&P does not work with a fuel injected FXST.

you can get that kit here, I have one, but it also says its no good for fuel injected, I e-mailed them about fit and they never replied, I have a carbed springer, but I took my chances and with a little modification the kit will work for me, good luck

****-ignore me-just realized the kit your talking about is different than the one I bought, probably not available yet

This may sound like a dumb question...but why should a carbed or EFI motor affect what type of seat you put on your bike? Does changing your seat affect your engines performance?...
I've an EFI Heritage Springer and I plan on putting on a solo spring seat. There's a cover that goes over the battery and computer area but everything else is pretty much straight forward mounting problems.

why a sprung seat on a softail?

Usually you only see them on rigids. I think the seat you got on it looks better than a sprung seat will look on there. imho
