Default saddle bag question

Hey guys, newbie question..............

Recently got an 03 heritige softail classic that came with the large studded leather saddle bags. Is there a modification I can do to these to make them into locking bags without ruining the looks etc.

TIA

Boss Bags can install a pair of 'eyes' underneath the lid flap, about half-way down the lid, and supply you with a pair of small padlocks to engage the 'eyes'. They won't show underneath the flap. I had the procedure done during a bag overhaul back in Feb., but I've not actually put the bags back on the bike yet. But they do look good (under the coffee table in the living room).

I removed the bags, sissy bar, and the pillion and the stripped down look has kind of grown on me (what little riding I've actually got to do during the tail end of an Illinois winter). If I take a trip this summer, I'll put the bags back on.

Wow - I didn't intend to do an ancient thread resusitation.

This is what happens when you get out of bed at 4am and post on the computer.

My bad. I'll try to be more careful
