I'm struggling to find a good supplier for black bolts or black bolt caps for the Rocker, most of the rest of the bike is now blacked but I think it's the small details that make all the difference.
Do you know a good parts supplier for black bolts or caps?? Any help much appreciated.
Personal opinion, leaving the bolt heads chrome or stainless leaves just enough offset to make it look good. ALL black things tend to drown. Just my .02
I put all stainless and some chrome bolts on my Train....Its a look that actually works. I wouldnt touch yours. They look badass and have a nice contrast!
Chaz I always wondered why you had not done yours.
You are the cheap mods and do it your self type.
I personal feel they do drowned away when all black.
That is why I am blacking mine out, I did not like the way the bolts attracted attention.
the contrast wasn't real bad, but it does look a lot better when you look at your motor and see motor, not bolts
I am using Rattle can on mine...
I take every other bolt off, do them...
put them back on...
repeat same process for the next set.
No new gaskets needed.
