Most mfg will not give U dyno sheet. builders will usually.

Do U know that this forum has two areas to look up DYNO sheets.. They show sheets of all different kinds of cams and pipe combinations and builds

The touring and Softail section both have a STICKY thread, at the top of page (1) in each section that is for posting Ur sheets or numbers..
The sheets are really good and shows the lines which is what we want to see. Some just post the #'s, thats ok, but not really what the thread is for.

The touring thread has over 1200 post for touring models.

The Softail thread has over 200 post for the B motor.

Go to softail section, page 1 (DYNO'S for SOFTAILS) sticky thread, then the first post in the thread, [/B] and U can see my Dyno sheets of the Rush pipes on my bike, Stock, Stg1, and after I had the 26h cams put in..

Also, some pipes will perform better in a particular build than others, hence some 2n1's are tune-able.

Also, curious where they measured db's from. The 2n1 I installed is noticeably quieter, although far from quiet, then the bss unless you are standing directly behind it, then its only a little quieter. One reason it sounds less loud when riding than the bss is that its added length puts the sound further behind the rider.
Thats the most important factor and everyone ignors it. A motor could have lower peak #'S but it's power could come on at say 1700rpm and not fall in the curve untill say 4500 or 5000 rpms. Yet another motor might make 10 ftlbs. more at peak but not come on until 2800 rpm and run out at 5500rpm with no power below 2500. Peak numbers don't tell most of the story.

Cav Cop,
When I got my D&D Fat Cat, in December, the cheapest place at the time was Eastern Performance. They were also shipping them for free.

Get the pipes u like, the difference in performance is suttle IMO for us daily drivers. If u are stuck on a spec sheet or drag racing at every intersection then build it to get every last HP and TQ out of it...

Tempting.

The D&D low cat is neat. Looks and sound were a toss up, as they are different than others. I was thinking about going to his shop at one time.

If I just wanted power for my Night train I would go with a D&D low cat in black.

Yeah. I'm really liking the cross backs but another thing that has me wondering is the fact that it looks like the pipes will go right by the middle of my calf. So, I'm wondering about heat on my leg.
