Last time I trailered my bike My kickstand WAS UP??
The bike should have been standing straight up with the front shock compressed(at least partway), and the rear should have been lashed to keep from kicking out on a bumpy corner?
How the HELL (can I say that) did it fall over
Yeah, but he didn't say it was on the kickstand while being trailered,...he was referring to an incident a month earlier, regarding the kickstand.
Same exact thing happened to my dad. Bike just fell over and the company said they were not gonna pay. That was until a lawyer got involved. Everything was then paid in full.
I'd like to see you say the same thing if it were you. I agree with you, that its only a bike, but come on, I'd be pissed if that happened to my bike. Im sure anyone would be. I worked to hard on my ride to just shrug my shoulders and say "it's just a bike".
