Passing lamps, wired to shut off when HI beam (white light) is on. The light traveling from the spots to the head-lamp gives you a strobe effect. Apes make you more visible too.

Silver helmet. Jacket and gloves with reflective accents. White and silver textile jacket for really hot days. Blue flashing lights.. Everybody seems to get out of my way... LOL

Me and my friend managed to install strobes inside these on his Road King, they work pretty well but they're illegal in here. Cars notice you miles away and they even pull over to let him pass.

Also, how hard was it to get the light sensor out of the headlight bucket?...that grommet where the wire goes in is pretty tight.
Well, when I switched out fenders, I got running lights that have built in brake flashers, so I ended up not even using the taillight module, but the running light harness is under the seat pan.

The light sensor is very small, about the size of another wire. I have a custom headlight, not the stock one, and there was plenty of room. I cant imaging the stock headlight is so tight you cant fit another wire through it, is it?

I wear that vest at night. The reflective stripes are very bright. You can see them a mile away. Plus, once it gets all ratty and oil stained, it doesn't look quite as goofy as when it is new.

It's pretty tight...It may take a x-acto knife to cut a channel in the grommet to run the wire.

I rotate before I have to JCI it again so I don't think about it much and I plan to take the sled with me. Going back to SoCal in May 2010.
