Took a pretty long ride today--the first since I put new wheels, tires and rotors on the bike. It was really nice to get out and enjoy the good weather. I hope most of you got a chance to ride today as well.
I snapped a couple of pics after pulling back into the driveway. I snapped them with my new cell phone and the I thought the quality was decent although I am a crappy photographer.
nice bike..
hows the seat hold u in on acceleration. I tried mine without a pillion and felt like I was going to sliding off. with the power urs has I'd think it would be a lot worse..
It was 75 here in Northern VA yesterday - a great time to ride in November. I was out for a couple of hours. I wish I wasn't at work today - another 75 degree day!
that 79 this weekend was nice thru the hill country
Ah! the Hill Country. Some great roads! My wife and I lived in Pflugerville for 3 years and wished we still did. One of the best places to live had it not been for the 2 hour (some days) drive home work from South Austin (MoPac and 290).
I got out yesterday too, it was about 65 but really windy. I plan on riding all week this week too. The nice riding days are getting less and less. I hate Indiana!

I don't like the seat that much at all. I normally have a badlander on it, but for long trips it is rough. I am probably going to spring for a Danny Gray buttcrack seat this winter--with gel insert!
