xmas present help

my mom asked me to give her a hand picking out "all the stuff my dad wants for his bike" its an 09 heritage. we are looking for a true dual exhaust system, a piggy back tuner of some sort crash cage and highway pegs. if you guys could help me out with good products, prices, and reliable places to order these parts at i would appreciate it. the budget is 1200-1500 dollar ranges. thanks

ill definatly check ebay out but im more of less looking for products names and models that guys have installed and are satisfied with. im starting from square one here. thanks for the link firecwp ill have to see if he likes the looks of those pipes.
