Need Help!!
Your better off getting the Harley part for it, even if its going to cost you about $50. Otherwise your going to need to do some work on the tank and fuel rail fittings and where your going the parts might not be so easy to find.
BTW that 'blue button' is the disconnect, push it in and the line (end now) will come off.
If I were you I would keep the rest of that line in your tool box, in a zip-loc bag. To get it off lift up on the chrome ring at the tank end while pushing up on the line and it will come right out, its like an air line connector.
Unless your planning on staying in Japan permanently, it will come in handy for draining the tank when you ship the bike back.

The part number you need from HD is 62900-01A, it is item 30 on page 132 / 133 in the parts book. I broke mine last year too, they are pretty weak. If I am not mistaken it was a $47 part. You can not buy just the small piece that broke, they only sell the single piece from the tank to the throttle body (about 6").
The only good thing is it only takes 30 seconds to install.

Thanks brother,
Mimo.
Just so you know, my son has had his hose with clamps on for about two years and ten thousand miles and it works fine. There is not that much pressure on the line with our small fuel pumps. Not trying to make up your mind for you. Just letting you know that a hose and clamps work fine.
