I am looking for a tombstone tail light for 2009 Heritage. The only ones I have been able to find, you have to relocate the turn signal bar. Does anyone know of one that does not require the tun signal bar to be relocated?
I think your going to be out of luck on that one.
I don't think anyone makes one that doesn't require it.
You could always do away with it altogether and put on a set of LED strut end lights.
That way you would still have the turn signals without having the bar mounted lights sticking out the side if you decide you want to pull the bags off once in a while.
I don't think I would go with the tombstone. They do not give off much light.Maybe one of the ones with a led board in them, but mine is not bright, even put a led bulb in it.Had to put in one of the electronic deals that turned the signals to brake lights too. Many other riders would come up to me before I put that in and thought I had no brake lights.
I've been looking for the same thing for my '07 Heritage. I've talked to JPcycles and the Doss they carry won't fit. I talked to Rick Doss himself today and he said to call back on Monday and he would let me know if we could get one for an '07 Heritage. When I call him back, I'll let him know about the demand for the tombstone taillight for newer model heritages. I'll post back when I find something. If something should happen to me by Monday, and it damn well might, his number is (434)791-3270.
