How do you remove the fuel line clamps?

How do you remove the fuel line clamps?
I'm just a little inexperienced with Harley's, but how do you remove those fuel side to side line clamps? Do i squeeze the part that sticks out or what?

They are not reuseable.
Remove them with side cut pliers or needle nose or a small screw driver.
Spread or cut the crimp enough to let the teeth that engage the band loose.
