ape hanger question

How high can you go on a 03 standard without having to change any cables or lines?

I went 16 on one inch risers with out changing front brake or clutch just rerouting them.. throttle cables another story no slack what so ever have to get new ones ..oh ya I have an 04 std..

Hmm...I'd like to raise my '05 Heritage bars a bit, and it sounds like I'll need throttle cables at least.
