I have been purchasing alot of parts from Eastern Performance over the last month for changing out on my Rocker and have found their prices, taking shipping into consideration as well, have been the lowest on most items. Quick to ship and have been very happy with their responses.

I've had good luck with Eastern Performance. Found the best deal on from them for my V&H pipes, Fuel Pak and S/E AC. For wheels, I went to HogPro who is also a sponser on this forum. Had good luck with them, although don't think they are cheapest out there but they had what I wanted and I liked their customer service.

I personally like these wheels from RevTech:

and there is a "blacked out" version as well:

Retrocycle sells them and they are in NJ. Nice bunch of guys there and very helpful.

You can fit the 21" fronts under the stock Heritage style fenders but not the stock fatboy fenders. You could also consider going with a 19 x 3.0" front with a 120/70-19 front tire if you don't want to worry about fender clearances. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about wheel fitments for your bike.
