Thanks Lundee I'll save some money and try your way first I am trying to achieve the same "fender look" your ride has referring to the closeness of the tire....by the way I really like your style of rides...even your new one.....That old school rat bike look is a nice look and easy to clean....
Crazy... Try this before you go buying new shocks... It won't cost you anything and may help. When I put on progressive shocks I had both sets out the stock ones with the bolt kit on them and the 413's that are on my ride now... They both measured the same off the bike (11 inches) side by side... The stock shocks the preload was set to firm.
Anyway after I put the 413's in and lowered the jack it's like the shocks streched out more and it went way down... So i'm thinking that if you set the preload on your shocks to the all the way soft they may extend a little more with just the weight of the bike?
Beats slammin it for poser appearances only when you park it...
Nice bike, man...that's one of my favorites from day 1 since I've been here...
Dude, I'm 51 years old. I don't need to look cool when I already am before I get anywhere near my bike .. There's NO WAY I could do a Ness lowering stud kit and walk!
Besides, if you think you are cool because you ride a lowered lumberwagon and not just park one, trust me, nobody notices or cares.
Lundee, glad you got em working for you. She's looking tough my friend..
Mark, HELP! it's going to be 2 degrees tomorrow night...
Send some sun and heat.....

Why is this thread worthless????I am just wondering if I can lower my Ness bolt more than 2 inches or will I need to go to a different system..........
Easy bro...it's not worthless. Everyone gets that smiley if they don't post pics.
Mark, I think you're lower with those 413s than I am with 422s. Are you adjusted to the limit or did you go a little past the recommended setting for 2 inches?

I guess I did... lol I had to go up a 1/4 inches so the belt wouldn't rub the primary. But one of these days I'll save up enough coin to get a 18" like you!
Come on George... You know we luv you... Hows those 2 kids doing, the ones that worked for you? I hope all is well and getting back to normal. Mark
