Default Fatboy Wheel Question

I have an opportunity to buy two wheels Revtech Spider Webs with two new Avon Venom tires for 500.00 The guy claims they came off an 01 Fatboy same type of bike as me. Will I need to buy anything else? Sprocket, rotor? Or can I just take them to the dealer and have them put the new wheels on? What kind of cost will the dealer charge? Sorry for all the questions but I have stock wheels on there now and have never changed rims before. Thanks

If the came off an 01 Fatboy and you have an 01 Fatboy, they should mount right up. You can use your stock rotors and pulley or change them out if you want, it's up to you. I had my wheels and tires mounted balanced and installed on my bike and two rotors and pulley installed and my Indy charged me about $210. If you like them and they fit, go for it. I would ask the seller as many questions as possible until you are comfortable enough to pull the trigger or walk away. Good luck.

Wheels on fatboy's are basically the smae from 2000-2006. Check and make sure they have sealed bearing before buying as if they are not sealed this is a dead giveaway that they are from an earlier year model.
