Default Adapter for jacks?

I read on here somewhere and can't find it now that there is an adapter for the softails so that the back shocks that hang below the frame don't hit the jack, did i dream that or is it Even necessary?

HD makes some, you can pick them up from the parts counter for about 16 bucks.

Is that what you were thinking of?

By suggestion of other members, I just cut the rubber off the jack that would otherwise touch the shocks. The rubber can be removed or replaced as needed.

Works great!
