Even though the tread looks good, my bet is that you need a new front tire. The treads will cup a little and get unbalanced.

I had that issue on my 06 Heritage too and was told by the dealer that they couldn't stop it. When I replaced the front tire, wobble was still there, so in my case, that wasn't the problem. I took it to another shop and they tightened the neck bearing bolt and it was gone.

I would bet a weeks pay its the neck bearings. Make the fall away about 2 inches and you'll be solid as a rock.

There is a chrome cover on top of the bolt. It is round. You can take the cover off by unscrewing it. Then you have access to the bolt. To get a torque wrench on it you will need to remove the bars from the risers.
