Default Front Tire on my '07 Heritage

I have about 27,000 miles on my '07 Heritage and I've never replaced my front tire. The tread looks fine, but I was concerned anyway. I've been told that's just unheard of to wait that long to change a tire. We ride quite a bit, even in the winter. I'm all about being very, very safe. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not unusual for a front tire.

Two things mark the end of a tire's normal life. Wear and age(dry rot, cracking). A 2007 tire is definitely not of old age so if the tread looks good keep on riding.

Look for dry rot cracks, I've had them before on a non worn front tire.

when I put the 3rd rear on at 21k there was still more left on the front....but...... most riders change the front every other rear,,, and thats what I did...
so two rears,,, then one front....
average 10k on rear, 20 on front... for safety....
