Im in the same boat as you sorta. I want a tombstone LED taillight with a small curved light bar with bullet style blinkers. However I cant find it anywhere. Im about to scream.
I want an L.E.D. tail light for my 09 Fatboy. I have been looking at the Kuryakyn smoked laydown. Can anyone give a review of that? Thanks much.
Dont have it myself but a few of my friends do. They all say good things about it as well as the owner of my local indy shop, he sells quite a few of em. 1 nice thing is you can ditch your turn signals as its all in 1. Cleans it up a bit if thats how ya wanna go.
I have the Kury smoked low profile led. Its pretty good. A couple Kury led's are not working after a yr old - dont know if this is typical. And its not as bright as Custom Dynamics LED's.
If I were to do it over again I'd get a smoked lay down lens for ~$15 on eBay and stuff some Custom Dynamic LED's in their. They are much brighter and have lifetime warranty. This would cost about half as much also. Tinkering with stuff is not for everyone though...
