I want to lower the rear of my 93 FXSTC. I know there are many kits available and my first choice would be the Progressive 422 but the 400.00 + price tag just not a reality.

I have noticed many shocks on Ebay with the built in lowering adjustment, gas filled and chrome coated. Any comments on I assume these Chinese knock offs?

 

I've got the Ultima shocks for $125 shipped off of ebay from Eastern Performance. So far (a year) they've been great.

 

I bought a set a few years back. They siezed up on me the first season. Viola instant rigid. Look around I got some used 422 from a member here for 200 bucks and it was well worth it.
