So I moved my plate to the side on the rocker

Now, I want to do something different other then putting a kuryakyn cover on my fender....
What can I do to feel up the whole on the back fender?

When I moved my tag to the side I got some very cheap plastic hole plugs from Home Depot. Painted them black and filled in the holes. You can see them but it is clean.
