I just purchased a HD paint set for my Rocker, should I have it installed by the dealer or is it pretty easy to do?????

If you fairly competent do it yourself, otherwise use a shop. You don't want to scratch your new tins.

Do you have to remove the wheels to change the fenders?

Yeah, they are proud of them

Shouldnt have to. Just jack the bike up enough to raise the suspension. Keep a few towels around to set the tins on as you are working. Personally, id do 1 piece at a time. Start with front fender, replace front fender. Tank next etc. Good luck and take your time. Should be fairly simple.

The HD paint sets are incredible. The cost an arm and a leg, but the quality is *****. Yeah, I'm a bit bias, but you can not match their quality.
