Hey--- I am looking at getting some chromed rims for my 2001 Fatty. Can't afford fat spoke so I am looking at chrome exchange on ebay. You know---send them my factory wheels and they send you the smooth chromed version.
Never used these companies, i've used a co. called chrome that hog in the past, it was pretty painless. on a side note, i'm in your boat now, with a 2002 fatty, looking to do the chrome exchange as well, so i'll be watching this post as well.
hey bro just dropping a line. am looking into doing some chrome work myself found chrome that hog, there in so. calif. pretty cost effective to chrome some parts. going to chrome my wheels about 350 piece however going to wait till winter weather to nice to start working now plus just some duals on my fatty not to much spare change lieing around lol

+1, they are about a half mile from me. i can vouch that their parts are top notch. i got my lowers from "chrome that hog".

Try Chrome pros plating, they do a core deposit and upon return of your wheels they cut you a cheque. They do great work and deliver as promised. Here is the link.
