Default Evo Question

First harley have a built softtail custom with 95 evo 1340. I have noticed oil on the chain and sprays onto rim is this normal? I was wondering if this is a chain lube process.
Thanks

Chain =mess... that's why everyone loves the belts. If you are running a wheel on the back that is hard to clean, it will drive you nuts. Loose the chain or get an easy to clean rear wheel.
