does anyone know what the actual size of a metzler 880 180/55ZR18 is? dunlop D407 is 180/55/b18 is 175mm or 6.95 in and avon venom R 180/55/r18 is 177mm or 7 in. just curious getting ready to put and 18x5.5 rim and a 180 on the back of my 05 deuce trying to find the narrowest 180 for the 18 inch rim so that i dont have clearance issues with my stock belt and swing arm. i know ive seen a few 180's out there that are actual 185mm or better. not good when MM's count. thanks

Metzeler an Avon's usually run about the same. They seem less wide as they have much more of a curve to them.

Says max width of 7.2. Thats with the widest recommended rim of 8".
