Pig spit once the engine has been washed. Wet it and spray simple green. Let it sit for a few minutes only and rinse very thoroughly. Once it is dry hit it with pig spit. Then continue to clean the rest of the bike. Pig spit is available at most dealers.
I use S100 Engine Brightener & it brought my dull gray jugs back to show room black and the whole bike looks amazing when it's done. Never used Pig Spit, can't find it here, but lots recommend it as well.
