Toughest thing about the train is the handlebars. They are not comfortable for long rides. Good for about two hours then my back starts to hurt and I ride 1 handed.

Look through all the different catalogs, there are a myriad of choices out there. I just added some 8" pullbacks to my NT. They made a world of difference.

Back to my original post, another question. Can the Nightrain or FXST Custom have ABS brakes added?

Saftey I'm thinking. Had a few close calls, nailing brakes and having to feather on & off to keep from rear end snapping around on me.

Just so you know also, Black is always faster.

The sun (and coolness) soaks into the blackness, heats the air and creates a "boundary layer" that creates less drag as you glide past the chrome ******. Just so you know, lol.

Hate abs on a car sure as hell don't want it on my bike. Anything can be done with time and money.

Hey Wide_Open you got any more pics of those bars and what kind are they and did you have to change your cables? That might be my next step before going with apes.
