Any things I should be looking for out of my bike that might be out of the ordinary? The gas mileage is down, but I think that is to be expected. I have the PCV, Heavy Breather, and Vance and Hine Short Shots (black). Thanks for any info.
Watch for excessive black smoke or the bike running hot. You could put in some fresh plugs and check them after about 100 miles or so. You don't want them to be real white when you check them. The gas mileage is probably directly proportionate to your right wrist. With the new found power and sound, its hard to not twist the wick more often.....
From time to time I have seen some black smoke. Not a lot though and it is usually when the bike is cold (in the mornings) at first start of the day. How would I know if it is running hot? I mean, it's air cooled and here in FLorida now that it is summer....everything is hot.

Thats what the plug colour tells you ... white plugs mean it will be running 'lean' (too much air) and running 'hot'
Its the fuel/air mixture (determined by your map setup) not the weather that will make you run 'hot', so a plug check is a good test.

Reason: spelling
After Stage 1, they are a bit harder starting sometimes when they are started after they get hot (not bad, they just crank a little more before they fire up). I haven't really worried about it to this point. I haven't had any real issues with this.
One thing that helps with the hard start when running a PCV is to not wait for the light to go off. Jamie at fuelmoto said you could fire it right up. I wait til the pump noise stops, but before the light goes out.
I went to Stage 1 (96 ci) first, then to Stage 3 (103 ci). The only problem I have is hard starting when the engine is hot (takes two or three cranks to get it going). After dyno tune, I get better mileage and the engine runs cooler, even with bigger displacement
