Default My New Train

Well here she is...my new to me 2008 Night Train.

I picked it up for $14,200 from a dude on Craig's List with only 2,800 miles. It's got Willie G Skull dressing (Engine Covers, Front & Rear Pegs, Shift & Brake Levers, and Tank Cover). It has a Arlen Ness Big Shot Fuel Programmer, a Windshield, a Touring Seat, a quick-detach Sissy Bar with Luggage Rack, the Fork Bag, and he's put the Vance & Hines pipes on too.

I'm not really sure how much all that stuff costs, but I'm thinking I got a pretty good deal with all that thrown in...including all the stock stuff, not to mention the bike is flawless.

I'm not sure about the fuel programmer. What benefit is it? He said something about adjusting the fuel feed for different levels of riding (acceleration, idle, cruise, etc.). I'm not a real performance-based rider..just want my knees in the breeze and my chin in the wind...but I do like it loud and it IS!

So how did I do? I go pick her up tomorrow and can't wait!

Ben

Default Your Train

Hey good looking ride, I think you did great. The 1st thing i would do is get a heat gun and fishing line and get rid of those refecters, heat them up then run the fishing line behind them. Any glue can be polished off with wax. Great buy
