Help!
yea for some reason mark hes only dropped an inch with his shocks.....my kit when dropped 2 inches only has 2 in gap between fender and i sit on it and its coser to the tire......his is dirtbike mode i guess i havent seen pics yet
i know not me im just shooting him a pic of wut it should look like -2.......lol.....my weekend my be riding or working on the wood burner for the garage....the fall flood run is sat and haven't decided to go yet or not....10s of.1000s of people go on the spring one and gets annoying..but the fall one keeps the wussys away cuz its supposed to be 60 for a high...lol.....you have a stellar weekend yourself bro
and if you didnt paint the fender yet, get the next one up thats longer it takes the gap out, thats if you want the better ride....play with your preload and soften it up i think they come max...my stockers wur comfy...they wur better then stock
I actually had the pre-load adjusted just after I had them put on as the damned thing was bottoming out BAD. It had no rebound at ALL.
EDIT: Just measured the shocks. If I am measuring the correct part (from the very end of the bolt to the beginning of the shock body), it looks to be around 3.75". Does this sound right?
Regardless, my wrencher is going to fabricate a pair of longer bolts for me. The ride's gonna suck, but it kind of already does.
