Default Fatboy wheels

I am looking at a set of polished Fatboy wheels to put on my 2006 Heritage. I noticed in the pic the guy sent me, that there is a speedometer cable on his bike. Although, it could be dual front disk brakes.
He says it is a 2000 model. I would like to know what range of years for the Fatboy wheels will bolt right up to my bike without any modifications. Here is the picture he sent me. Thanks to anyone who can help me out with this.

the Doc is right but I just had to add my 2-cents..... go with chrome. I just sold my polished wheels and picked up a set of chromed from e-bay. The polished were just to much up keep always looked smeared.
