Default Complete performance packages?

I recently bought an '07 Softail, Heritage Classic, after riding my Shovelhead for years. Everything on the Softail is stock and I am ready to upgrade. I'm interested in slip-ons, V&H, Rush, Screaming Eagle, a performance air cleaner and a power commander. I've heard mention of performance packages that include all these things. Where would I find such packages? Any other words of wisdom?
Thanks!
Max

The DR will help Ya..
Lot more options now than back just 4yrs ago..
4yrs ago I did the STG1 (ran ok just not much power improvement) and later did the cams.
Love my end results..

Added the Andrews 26's, there not the best cams out there,,,but,,, I got a 20% increase and thats will worth it.. and they are mild and easy on the motor.

I wanted the increase without being hard on the motor..
All I wanted was power from 1800 to ????... and the 26's fill that so much better than the EPA cams that CHOCK the stock motor....

in the process I also got a cooler motor (dropped 20*'s) in temp and 2-3 more MPH in fuel mileage...

As far as the Rush mufflers,,,, I installed them at the 1K service,,, Again there not the best in getting top #'s on the dyno sheet.... BUT,, IMO theres not another system that sounds better.... there not loud at all running down the road, but when U crack her,, they'll set off alarms....... I got the 2" on our heritage,,, I almost went with a 2-1 system when I did the cams.... but,,,,,,,,,, wasn't ready to give up the sound of them yet...

I'll admit.... when I do the top end and a 103BB kit in a couple yrs I'll look at the new V&H's Pro pipe 2=1,,

Maybe even the heads..... Then I might blow by my son on his SG....

That'd be a first.....

Great advice, thanks to all! I'm going to contact Dr. V and move on from there. I went ahead and bought some Rush slip ons, 2" and am going to put them on in the next day or two. Definitely want to look at a/c and some sort of P/C set up.

Thanks,

Max

Wish I would have seen ya on here earlier Max. I just traded in my 07 Heritage about 2 weeks ago and have a few of the take off parts. Have the V&H slip-ons with quiet baffles and then put on the Big Shot Longs about a month before I traded the bike (still have those also). Also have the FuelMoto PCIII with the slip on and the big shot maps. Also have 2 solo mustang seats with rider backrest. Been to lazy to put the stuff on Craigslist, that and I don't know how to use Craigslist yet.

I have been debating on doing some upgrades on the wifes 01 Softail this winter. It has 20000 miles and I was thinking of upgrading the cam plate with the new one from Harley with the new chain tensioners. Of course when I do that, why not go with new cams and a power commander also. My next dilemma is chain or gear drive. If I go with gear drive then don't need to change cam plate, only bearings. I was looking at a package from Fuel Moto. Just doing some research now on it.

If you go to gear drive make sure you measure crank shaft run out. It has to be within a certain spec for gear drive cams. If you are doing cams and using the stock push rods, you might as well do a big bore kit too. I just did this on a buddies bike this weekend.
