Default clean bars

i need some new bars for me bike. i have decided to go with some apes, haven't decided on height or brand yet. i do know that i want them to look like a set of bars off of a bicycle, just two grips and a brake lever. i just don't know where to get the parts to do this.

the parts i think i'm going to need are as follows:

internal throttle- i have seen these on various sites but i don't know who makes the best one

remote master cylinder for the front brakes- i have never seen one. i don't even know if they make them. i would keep in on the bar if i had no other options.

brake lever with an internal cable- never seen this either and i'm wondering if there would be enough room in the bar to run a cable for brakes and throttle.

controls for blinkers and horn- i have found this from exile, http://www.exilecycles.com/index.php?section=143 , but i wanted to see if there was anything else out there. i was going to relocate the on/off and start buttons under the tank.

i'm going to go with a foot clutch and jockey shift so there's no need for a clutch lever. i think that's everything i need. if you think i need anything else let me know.

Eitherway I youll need the biggest bars possible im assuming, biggest Ive seen is 1.5".
Two Ideas:
Maybe you could run your front brake line through the bars (from the master cylinder into the bars) and then run the throttle normally. Just dont use return cable. Therefore you would only have 1 smaller cable outside the bar. Bicycles have visible cables too.
Or, dont know what year or kind of bike you have but maybe do away with the front brake, then run the throttle in the bars? This would leave no visible cables.
I dont know really anything about internal throttle as I like the look of cables.

It's a 91 fxstc with a springer front end. I definitely want to keep the front brake, I'm a big fan of stopping. Im already running one cable for the throttle.

Wow, that's a bit more than I was looking to spend and you have to supply them with the bars. I'm going to figure out how to make that setup for 1200, I hope.
