Default Tank shift

Guys, I am asking this here because this is where I hang out the most, but it is actually related to a touring bike. One of my "Brothers" who is a five tour Vietnam Vet is having big time hand problems. He is thinking about converting his 01 Ultra to a foot clutch, tank shift set up. Anyone know of a kit or something to get this done on a touring bike? I can't imagine it would be all that much different than a softail. He has been riding for 50 years or so and doesn't want to give it up. He is too hard headed to get a trike, and that wouldn't necessarily help him with the problems he is having. He can hold the bike up just fine and can ride his a$$ off, he is just having issues manipulating the clutch.

Hey Brett another idea to have him check out Reklus(spl?) clutchs. It pretty much eliminates the need for a clutch. Think like a 4 wheeler. gas, shift no clutch. Just an idea. I'm all about foot clutchs and hand shifting though.
