Default Wide-Glide front end for RockerC?

Just wondering if anyone has converted their front forks to a Wide-Glide setup. I always thought the bike would have looked good with it from the start. Would I just need the correct sized triple-trees and front axle assembly etc or a completely new front fork setup? FXCWC forks are 49mm. Any suggestions appreciated.

I went with a complete front end which is a wide glide. This was almost two years ago. I havent seen any after market trees for a 49mm fit. I would start there. Getting just the tress would be the cheapest route. Keep in mind once you do this then you either have to space out the wheel and caliper which by the way will make the OEM wheel and fender look even more puny or just pony up and go with taller and wider wheel. Also with the wide glide it will hit the tank and you will need to go with external fork stops to prevent the front end from hitting the tank. Anything and all is possible just think it through. good luck and keep us posted.

My buddy that I ride with a lot has an '06 wide glide which also has 49mm forks. I never really looked at the front end on his bike, but what exactly is different about it?

the width is the differmce. I thought the VROD was the only other HD that had the 49mm I could be mistaken.

Accutronix and hhi both make wg trees for the 49mm and axle kits etc. Other wise just get 06 up wideglide trees
