Default Accent Lights

I am thinking about putting the led accent lights on my lo in the motor area. I am in texas are there any laws that i would be breaking if while i was driving i had them on or are they for "offroad use only"

thanks in advance

I believe there is a law in Tejas that put's the lights in the "offroad use only" catagory.

Here in Ca you can put them on so long as they can't be seen from in front or behind the bike.
