I am returning home next month from SWA and am looking at getting my lower fork tubes chromed or powder coated, not sure which way I want to go just yet. I know that prices vary from area to area, but what is a round about reasonable price to get this done?

 

Are you doing the install?

Dealer is 3 hours of labor

Find them on ebay for around $200

I guess I should have stated I will be doing the work myself, just looking for the price of the chroming or powder coating.

You can buy chrome ones on ebay for 100 and up. Not sure about the powder coat.

 

Mine cost 50 bucks 4 gloss black powder coat

 

and that is the media blast and powder coat...could be cheaper in your area
