I've been thinking about getting new wheels for my night train and i was just wondering if anyone has any of these on there bike (pics would be great) or if they have heard anything good or bad. also what would you guys do?
i don't have acouple grand to drop either.
what size is the rear wheel on an 03 night train? i know stock is 16x? i was thinking about getting a 18x? and it's a 1" axels front and back??
so let me know what you guys think. i've been kind of digging the black rims with chrome spokes lately. also if anyone has any of these for sale let me know!
I don't know much about the quality of wheels you are looking at but I can help you with sizes. Your stock rear wheel is a 16 x 3.0". You can go up to a 18 x 4.25" on the back of a stock 03 train. Also you have 3/4" axles front and rear.
i have the chrome rim/black fat spokes and think you might like that look...and ease of cleaning! who wants to clean chrome spokes every week!!!
bought mine at sinister wheels, perfect quality, fair price and great customer service. you get what you pay for...avoid dna and other knock offs...
